Penny Jar
Players: Any Amount
Equipment: One pint fruit jar filled with pennies
Preparation: Count the pennies before filling the jar
Location: Indoors
Fill a pint fruit jar with pennies. On the way home, for a 3 week period, let each boy and girl make a guess at how many pennies there are in the fruit jar. At the end of the 3rd week, the boy or girl who has guessed the closest to the number of pennies is the winner of the jar. (Be sure you write down the guess and name of each child for each week the game is being played.)
